The Supplier will deliver the ordered and available products via express courier. If the Supplier is unable to ship within the aforementioned deadline, the Buyer will be promptly notified via email.
Officina Alchemica Srl cannot assume any responsibility for any delays in order delivery due exclusively to the courier's terms and conditions (e.g., strikes or peak periods).
Delivery methods
The couriers used will not make advance phone calls or handle requests for deliveries at specific times. They will make the first delivery without prior notice. If the Buyer is absent, a notice will be left and a new delivery will be made within the following 24 hours. If the Buyer is absent again, a new notice will be left and the Buyer must contact the courier to arrange delivery details. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to the Supplier, resulting in the order being cancelled, and the Buyer will be refunded the amount charged for the order. In this case, the Supplier reserves the right to withhold any additional storage and shipping costs for the return, which will be duly invoiced to the Buyer.

Shipments can be tracked using the information the Buyer will receive via email from the express courier.

upon delivery
Upon delivery of the goods by the express courier, the Customer is required to verify that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the transport document, and that the packages are intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (paper, tape, string). Any damage or discrepancy in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the express courier by marking "withdrawal with reservation" on the relevant transport document and communicated within 3 working days by email to: info@floridiaparfum.com
If delivery is accepted without reservation, no subsequent complaints regarding the quantity of packages or the external characteristics of the goods delivered will be accepted. -
