Refund and Return Policy

Returns

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start the return procedure you must:

1. Please contact us by email at info@floridiaparfum.com the problem , specifying:

   • Order number

   • Products purchased

   • Recipient's name and address

2. Do not remove the products from their original packaging and keep all packaging elements intact .

3. Return the product intact , unopened and unused, together with any samples and any free gifts received.

4. Use the original packaging and carefully arrange the products and samples so that nothing is damaged during transport.

The customer is responsible for the integrity of the product until it is returned.

Upon authorization, the product must be shipped exclusively to:

In case of failure to comply with even just one of the points listed above, the customer will not be entitled to a refund .

Once we receive your return, we will analyze it and, if no problems are found, we will issue a refund.

In the rare cases where you receive a faulty or seriously damaged product , please notify us immediately by email at info@floridiaparfum.com , specifying the order number.

• In case of damaged product , we will replace it.

• In the event of a damaged product , our team of experts will carry out an analysis to verify the problem and proceed with the replacement if necessary.

If, following our analysis, we do not find any defect or problem , the product will not be replaced and will be sent back to the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

In any case, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract , without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of receipt of the purchased goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller Officina Alchemica Srl by:

The return of the goods must take place within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt.
To be entitled to a full refund, the item must be returned intact and in normal condition.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for:

• Goods opened after delivery;

• Custom-made or personalized goods;

• Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• Other cases provided for by art. 55 of the Consumer Code.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated by the Supplier.

The Supplier will refund the amount paid within 30 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.

Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal, the Parties are released from their mutual contractual obligations , except as provided for in the points indicated above.
