Amalfi Costantinopoli

I closed my eyes and imagined strolling through the vibrant markets of an Arabian city, where spices dance in the air and colors sparkle like gems. In that vivid vision, I felt the call of ancient routes, of ships laden with promises, and of encounters between distant worlds.
My thoughts turned to the mercantile exchanges between the Maritime Republic of Amalfi and the Byzantine Empire, between the 9th and 12th centuries. Rare spices, precious fabrics, risky voyages filled with dreams.
From this emotion was born Amalfi–Costantinopoli di Floridia: an olfactory journey that blends the elegance of the Mediterranean with the profound charm of the Orient.
