Delivery times are expressed in working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Shipping within the European Union (EU) is free . Shipments outside the EU (including the UK) have a fixed cost of €40.00 .

The Supplier will deliver the ordered and available products via express courier. In the event that the Supplier is unable to ship within the expected timeframe, The Buyer will be promptly notified via email.

Officina Alchemica Srl cannot assume any responsibility for any delays attributable exclusively to to the conditions of service of the couriers used (e.g. strikes or periods of peak activity).

The Supplier will deliver available products via express courier. If the Supplier is unable to ship within the expected timeframe, the Buyer will be promptly notified by email.

Officina Alchemica Srl cannot be held responsible for delays caused exclusively by the courier's service conditions (eg strikes or peak activity periods).

Delivery methods Delivery attempts

The couriers used will not make advance phone calls or handle requests for delivery at specific times. They will make the first delivery without notice.

In case of absence, a notice will be left and a new delivery will be made within the following 24 hours. In case of further absence, the Buyer must contact the courier to arrange the delivery details.

If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to the Supplier with consequent cancellation of the order. and the value charged for the order will be refunded to the Buyer. In this case, the Supplier reserves the right to withhold any additional storage and shipping costs for the return of goods, which will be duly invoiced to the Buyer.

Couriers do not provide advance phone calls and cannot guarantee delivery at specific times. The first delivery attempt is made without notice.

If the recipient is absent, a notice will be left and a new attempt will be made within the following 24 hours. If absent again, the Buyer must contact the courier to arrange delivery details.

If the delivery cannot be completed, the shipment will be returned to the Supplier, the order will be canceled and the Buyer will be refunded the order value. The Supplier may withhold additional storage and return-shipping costs, which will be invoiced to the Buyer.

Checks upon delivery Checks upon delivery

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify that the number of packages corresponds to that shown in the transport document. and that the packages are intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered.

Any damage or discrepancy in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier, by writing "withdrawal with reservation" on the transport document and communicating within 3 working days by email to: info@floridiaparfum.com .

If delivery is accepted without reservation, no subsequent complaints regarding the quantity of packages or the external characteristics of the goods delivered will be accepted.

Upon delivery, the Customer must verify that the number of parcels matches the transport document and that parcels are intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered.

Any damage or mismatch in the number of parcels must be immediately reported to the courier by writing “accepted with reservation” on the delivery note and reported within 3 business days by email to: info@floridiaparfum.com .

If the delivery is accepted without reservation, no subsequent claims will be accepted regarding parcel quantity or external condition.
